We want you to be completely satisfied with your Winona purchase. Please review our policy below before initiating a return.

Unopened Products

We accept returns on all unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery.

  • Original sealed packaging required
  • Full refund to original payment method
  • Refunds processed within 5–7 business days of return receipt

Opened Products

Supplements: Opened supplements are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of defect or damage.

If you experience an unexpected reaction to any Winona product, please contact us at help@bywinona.com within 30 days of delivery

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives defective or damaged:

  • Report within 30 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Photos required within 48 hours of delivery for carrier damage claims
  • Approved claims will receive a replacement or store credit if the item is out of stock

How to Initiate a Return

Email help@bywinona.com with your order number and reason for return.

For TikTok Shop or Amazon orders, please initiate your return directly through the platform.

Policy applies to purchases made through shop.bywinona.com, TikTok Shop, and Amazon only. Purchases through unauthorized third-party sellers are not covered.
